2. This application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3, which was allowed by the Sessions Judge, Katihar, in B.P. No. 390 of 2022, vide order dated 26.05.2022, arising out of Amdabad P.S. Case No. 264 of 2021, which is presently pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Court No. 03, Katihar.
3. Perused the records. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner ought to have approached the Court below for cancellation of bail.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court below itself for cancellation of bail granted to the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 on the ground mentioned in the present application.
5. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the learned Court below in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of its filing.
