However, the petitioner, namely, Bibi Tarana Khatoon @ Bibi Tarana has been mentioned in the order as daughter of Md Arshad @ Ashrad and wife of Md Tamrej but in the remand order, there is some difference in the husband's name. As such, the petitioner is not being released. She has also filed an application before the Court below in that concern. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13954 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 let petitioner raise this point before the Court below who will examine the matter and pass order as soon as possible. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) M.E.H./- U T
