JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the IPC. Earlier petitioners' prayer for anticipatory bail was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 20.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45212 of 2014 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court (now retired).

The prayer for anticipatory bail has been renewed on the ground that others have been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the fact that once the application was permitted to be withdrawn, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26907 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 six weeks in connection with Madhepura SC/ST P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Madhepura keeping in view that the petitioners are ladies and others have been granted anticipatory bail.
