The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code. By the impugned order, the court below is directed to give liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after two months of framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed on 22.12.2020. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.07.2020.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.
