This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The offence alleged is murder and the evidence is based on circumstances. The petitioner was allegedly last seen with the deceased. During the investigation there is a common confessional statement signed by several accused person, including the petitioner and the charge sheet submitted against the petitioner.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 585 of 2016 (G.R. No. 2945 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
