This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is husband of the informant and is in custody since 07.01.2017. The petitioner is ready for restoration of conjugal right.
In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Wazirganj (Tankuppa) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Gaya, or successor Court.
The learned Court below would call for the informant and the petitioner for re-conciliation. If the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13249 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 petitioner would be cooperative for restoration of the conjugal right, the Court below will consider the provisional bail otherwise the provisional bail shall be rejected by the Court below itself.
