JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 324, 326, 307, 379, 428 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of making assault to the informant's side and snatching cash and gold chain.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has been levelled in the background of earlier initiation of proceeding under 144 Cr. P.C and 188 IPC. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
