Eighty one pouch, each containing 300 ml of foreign made wine of Nepali origin was seized from the house of the petitioner wherefrom petitioner was also apprehend and on account thereof, is under custody since 06.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per disclosure made under para-3 of bail petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Kanti Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran (Motihari) in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.67 of 2016.
