The petitioners are aggrieved by the notice dated 08.01.2011 (Annexure-1) issued by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Siwan.

The entire claims raised on behalf of the petitioners in the present writ petition are based on disputed question of facts. In the considered opinion of this Court, for getting the issues of facts settled, the petitioners should appear before the competent authority and raise all such issues with all supporting documents, and after settlement of those facts/issues, they shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum/court for grant of appropriate relief, if their grievances are not redressed by the competent authority.
