It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that from perusal of the F.I.R., it will appear that there are concocted and absurd story and not believable, as such the order taking cognizance is bad in law and even no case is made out against the petitioner under Sections 376 (B) and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
