The petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/199 of 2015, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing of the complainant by her husband and other in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to misunderstanding and he is in custody since 07.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
