The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code to which section 307 of the Indian Penal Code was added subsequently.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and two others are said to have come variously armed and of having assaulted the wife and daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 8.3.2022 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.48338 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioner has remained

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the contents of the injury report, the liberty granted to the petitioner vide earlier order of rejection dated 8.3.2022 and the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no.116 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, District-Aurangabad.
