In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Spl. Case No.10 of 2025, arising out of Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No.108 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8, 20(B) (ii), C & 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The Police raided the house of one Abhishek Kumar to arrest him as the information was that Abhishek Kumar was dealing with ganja but he fled away and his mother i.e. the petitioner was arrested and from the house about 25.605 Kg. of ganja was recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the mother of the main accused Abhishekh Kumar and her involvement in the case has not come, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Khagaria / concerned Court below, in connection with N.D.P.S. Spl. Case No.10 of 2025, arising out of Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No.108 of 2025.
