JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-12-2015 Counter affidavit duly sworn by the Deputy Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, has been filed today. It is the categorical assertion in para 7 that the enhancement in the subsistence allowance of the petitioner is under consideration and necessary order will be issued at the earliest but within a fortnight. Writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Director, Primary Education that the undertaking given to this Court in para 7 of the counter affidavit must be complied with or else he will be held personally responsible if the necessary order will not be passed within a fortnight from today.
