The petitioners are in custody in connection with Chousa P.S.Case No.186 of 2016 registered for an offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is that ten liters of Mahua wine was recovered from his possession in course of raid conducted during patrolling duty by the police. The petitioners are in custody since 28.10.2016.
However, learned APP opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM,
