The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kawakole (Rupau) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding unknown accused persons having killed the deceased.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact, barring suspicion, there is no material to connect him with the alleged crime. It is submitted that on the day of occurrence, the petitioner was in judicial custody. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 31.10.2017. Lastly, it is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Nawada in connection with Kawakole (Rupau) P.S.
