JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-04-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned appearing on behalf of the State. Mr. Dronacharya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions, submits that suspension of the petitioner has been revoked vide order dated 15.03.2021. However, he submits that the petitioner has not been paid subsistence allowance for the period he was put under suspension.

Considering the fact that the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked vide order dated 15.03.2021, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to appropriately decide the claim of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.1934 of 2021(3) dt.16-04-2021 2/2 for payment of subsistence allowance for the period of suspension and ensure payment of due salary within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
