JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 21 of 2011, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though there is allegation against the petitioner of firing on the deceased, however he has remained in judicial custody for about two year and five months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing causing death of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner the privilege of regular bail, it is accordingly rejected.
