Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Town P. S. case no. 118/2015 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation several co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar Town P. S. case no. 118/2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
