2. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.1855 of 2021 dt.23-06-2023 2/3 "(i) For grant of full pension and other pensionary benefit/benefits as E.L, C.L., P.F., G.P.F., which is due.

(ii) For the confirmation of service of petitioner up to her retirement means since 01.06.1976 to 30.06.2018 instead of 2012.

(iii) For the fixation of her pension on the basis of 6th Pay commission.

(iv) For the arrear of salary after fixation of her salary on the basis of 6th pay commission. (v) For the other benefit/benefits for which she way found fit and proper in the eye of law."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the admissible dues on account of pensionary benefit has been paid to the petitioner, but with delay. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file representation for payment of interest in making delayed payment of the retiral benefits.

4. Considering the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat at Naugachia is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner and in case the petitioner is entitled for any other reliefs along with interest on delayed payment, the same may be given to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation.

5. With the above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
