1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant alleges that he had gone to his uncle's house where the FIR named accused persons came and started abusing, on protest, they assaulted him and his father with lathi, danda, iron rod and gadasa and damaged his motorcycle and Nag Paswan snatched locket from his neck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is also submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest

No. 40899 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 that no specific allegation of any overt act has been alleged and the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature, it is next submitted that Raja Paswan along with eight others have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 21.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 32283 of 2023 by a learned Coordinate Bench.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
