Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 354 (B), 448, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and her son and in that course, they outraged the modesty of the informant. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that informant and the petitioners are agnates and, as a matter of fact, alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

Moreover, informant sustained three injuries said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and except one injury all injuries were found simple in nature. It is further submitted that one injury which was found on the neck of the informant is said to be dangerous for life.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36522 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Chandauti P.S. Case no. 61/2015.
