JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017, S.T. No. 874 of 2017 for the offenses under Sections 307/504 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and it is a case of scuffle which took place between the parties on account of use of filthy language with the wife of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2017.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for 11 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
