2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Pursuant to the tender notice no.2/2021-22, petitioner submitted the documents with his bid papers which were found to be forged and fabricated.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that the allegation made against the petitioner is totally false and concocted in view of the fact that after opening the Bid on 14/2/2022 in respect to Group No. 6 and 4 the committee has submitted the report in which the documents submitted by the petitioner in Group No.4 at serial no.3 and in Group No. 6 at serial no. 8
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42160 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 were found to be in terms of tender notice by Technical division. The allegation is totally vague and without specific evidence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) gauravkr/- U T
