JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-08-2015 The instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the first information report of Bhabua P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 332 and 186 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC and ST (P.O.A.) Act. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged.
