ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Maintenance Case No. 135(M) of 2012 by which the principal Judge, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, has directed payment of Rs.4,000/- per month as maintenance amount. Since the Petitioner has desired a one time settlement, the Opposite Party No. 2 was noticed but she appears and submits that she is not ready for one time settlement.
Be that as it may, in view of such, the application stands dismissed.
