The petitioner is accused in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Suraj Kumar @ Prahalad as detailed in paragraph 43 of the case diary. It is further submitted that while petitioner is accused in one another case, but in that case, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 09.09.2016. No.9682 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
