JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25884 of 2014 which was disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before Sri Anil Kumar Ram, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna/court concerned in Complaint Case No. 2598 (C) of 2012, who will pass the order in view of the direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2014(3) PLJR 314 (SC). In view of paragraph 14 of the aforesaid judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court, I do not find any ground to modify the aforesaid order.

This petition stands disposed of.
