The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 314/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country-made pistol with five live cartridges was recovered besides mobile. Pappu Rai was also apprehended and from his possession one loaded pistol and cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 28.08.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 07 months and Pappu Rai has already been enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12553 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 vide order dated 06.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 10233/2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 314/2016.
