Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 57 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 67 and 67B of the Information Technology Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-2 and 2A. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
