Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 365 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 594, 506, 427, 385, 386, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioner demanded ransom from Munna Kumar who was the staff of the informant deputed on his bus bearing registration No. BR06PB8121.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner himself is a transporter and this fact has been mentioned in paragraph No. 8 of the bail petition. The present case has falsely been

He has submitted further that at the time of occurrence the informant was not present at the spot and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedents.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 365 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
