The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant filed complaint petition that the complainant was employed in the N.G.O. of the petitioners on payment of Rs. 1,50,000/- per month. But some disputes arose between the complainant and the office bearers of the N.G.O.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27484 of 2015 (4) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 It is submitted that the case was referred to mediation centre and now the case has already been settled. The mediator has reported about the settlement of the case which is at flag 'A'. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the dispute has already been resolved, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sarad Chandra Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in Complaint Case No. 1046C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
