Petitioner is accused in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. His name has come in the confessional statement of Ajit Kumar. Said Ajit Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43433 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
