Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 406, 468, 469/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 28.09.2015, the matter was referred to the Mediation Center, Patna High Court. The Mediator has sent a report which is available at Flag B stating that in terms of the settlement between the parties the dispute has been resolved. Copy of the settlement report has been appended and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26903 of 2015 (4) dt.08-04-2016 2 / 2 according to which the complainant has peen paid rupees two lacs seventy five thousand and, after that, nothing remains to be rest between them. They have agreed to withdraw the cases lodged by each other.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the agreement between the parties, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.160/15(arising out of complaint case no.275/2015), the above named petitioners, Om Prakash Deepak, Shushil Kumar and Bijay Kumar Shrivastva @ Vijay Kumar shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
