The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 307, 353, 435, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, a police officer, alleged that two dead bodies were found but the villagers shouted slogans, pelted stones and also set ablaze the vehicles of the public. The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against them. It is submitted that the villagers were making peaceful protest against the inaction of the police and, that is why, the entire villagers are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26906 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jigar Shah, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Delha P.S.
