Four bottles, each containing one liter country made liquor, are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Udakishunganj in connection with Gwalpara P.S.Case No. 65 of 2016.
