Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.241 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the accused persons had enticed away the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name was not disclosed by the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. but the girl was not recovered from possession of the petitioner and there is no allegation by the girl regarding any physical or sexual exploitation and petitioner is a lady and has no antecedent.

No.26580 of 2018(7) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Pramila Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.241 of 2016.
