2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Pursuant to the Tender Notice No. 02/2021-22, petitioner submitted the documents with his bid papers which were found to be forged and fabricated.
4. The petitioner denies the prosecution case and submits that at no point of time, the petitioner has filed any forged document. Moreover, the tender of the petitioner has already been rejected and the security money, deposited by the petitioner, has already been returned to him. Similarly situated co-accused Brahm Prakash Choudhary has already been granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 31.07.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 42160 of 2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
