Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat P. S. case no. 657/2014 registered under sections 379, 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Taking into consideration that allegation of snatching of pistol is against co-accused Imteyaz Alam and no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K. Hat P. S. case no. 657/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
