Petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.07.2016 in connection with Barauni (F.C.I. O.P.) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 188, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Some foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53274 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 Begusarai/Successor Court in connection with Barauni (F.C.I. O.P.) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2016.
