The petitioner, being lady apprehends her arrest in connection with Gorea Kothi P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that she along with others assaulted the deceased with fist and slaps but postmortem report of the deceased does not show any external injury and the cause of death of the deceased is said to be cardial arrest. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner, named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gorea Kothi P.S.
