JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 313,314,315,493,420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation of establishing physical relationship with the informant on promise of marriage and subsequently getting the pregnancy of the informant terminated but ultimately the petitioner did not marry with the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was residing abroad and since the informant is agnate of the petitioner, the present case has been lodged to extort money from the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the case was lodged in 2010,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26141 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 46 of 2010 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
