The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial No. 183 of 2019 (arising out of Sarai P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 394, 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 11630 of 2019 and another co-accused has also been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31058 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36511 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 in judicial custody since 23.10.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-X, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Session Trial No. 183 of 2019 arising out of Sarai P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018.
