2. This writ application has been filed for the following relief:- (i) To direct the respondent authorities specially the respondent no. 5 and 6 to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of clerk in Punit High School Bhaia Bigha Upathu Gaya .

3 . After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the District

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Education Officer, Gaya (Respondent No. 6) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of eight weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the District Education Officer, Gaya (Respondent No. 6) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
