It is an admitted position that in compliance to the order passed the dues payable to the petitioner have been paid. However, the petitioner seeks interest on the amount paid. Learned counsel for the respondents argued that the petitioner is not entitled for any interest and there being no specific order directing for payment of interest no further indulgence is called for. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I am of the considered view that now in view of the compliance made by the respondents no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In

Patna High Court MJC No.4967 of 2014 dt.05-01-2018 2/2 case the petitioner is really entitled to any further interest he has the liberty to claim the same in accordance with law.
