The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 414, 385, 387, 327/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that one loaded country made pistol along with one live cartridge is recovered from the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. One loaded country made pistol along with one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section
