The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 196 of 2019 dated 31.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

From the locked premises of the petitioner, a country made rifle, country made pistol, nine live cartridges and some used cartridges were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that because of old enmity, this case has been lodged.

The petitioner has been remanded in this case on 09.01.2020.

It has further been submitted that in one of the cases, about which reference has been made in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, the petitioner has been granted bail and in other cases, bail applications are pending before this Court.

Considering these set of facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.
