The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nagar Nausa P.S. Case No.50 of 2020 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40676 of 2022. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.41389 of 2022(4) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Nagar Nausa P.S. Case No.50 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
