This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused, Santosh Kumar, is alleged to have crushed the son of the informant with his vehicle with intention to commit murder. Allegation against the petitioner is commission of assault.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court.
