The petitioner seeks bail in Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

In the written report it is alleged that Police received confidential information that some miscreants have assembled to commit loot-pat. Police reached there and apprehended four miscreants including petitioner. It is further alleged that one loaded country made pistol and three live cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.2.2018 having

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36949 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
